Terms of Service

By accessing or using RelayHQ, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old, have the legal authority to enter into this agreement, and accept these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

RelayHQ provides a managed webhook relay infrastructure that allows you to:

• Receive inbound HTTP webhook events at permanent relay URLs.
• Queue, fan out, and deliver those events to one or more destination URLs.
• Configure routing rules, retry policies, and custom delivery headers.
• View, search, and replay historical request logs via the dashboard or API.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features of the Service with reasonable notice.

You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Maintain the security of your account credentials and API keys.
• Notify us immediately at hello@relayhq.org of any suspected unauthorised access.
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You may not share your account or API keys with others outside your workspace team.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Transmit unlawful, harmful, abusive, defamatory, or fraudulent content.
• Relay malware, ransomware, or any malicious payloads to destination servers.
• Circumvent rate limits or abuse the infrastructure in a way that degrades service for other users.
• Use the Service as a general-purpose HTTP proxy or to exfiltrate data without authorisation.
• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section without notice or refund.

RelayHQ offers both a free tier and paid subscription plans. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to the following:

Billing cycle: Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. You authorise us to charge your payment method on the first day of each billing period.

Request quotas: Each plan includes a monthly request allowance. Requests beyond your plan limit may be throttled or queued for the following billing period. We will notify you by email when you reach 80% and 100% of your monthly quota.

Upgrades and downgrades: You may change your plan at any time from the dashboard. Upgrades take effect immediately (prorated). Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.

Refunds: Payments are generally non-refundable. If you experience a service outage attributable to our infrastructure, you may request a prorated credit by emailing hello@relayhq.org within 30 days of the incident.

Taxes: Prices listed are exclusive of applicable taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax). Taxes are calculated at checkout based on your billing address.

Our use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

You retain all ownership and intellectual property rights to the webhook payload data you route through RelayHQ. We process this data solely to provide the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring that the data you route through the Service complies with all applicable privacy laws and that you have the necessary consents or lawful basis to process and transfer such data.

We target a 99.9% monthly uptime for the ingest layer (receiver service). Scheduled maintenance windows will be announced at least 24 hours in advance via email and our status page.

"Uptime" means the ingest endpoint is reachable and returning 2xx responses to valid webhook deliveries. Downtime caused by factors outside our control (third-party provider outages, DNS propagation delays, user misconfiguration) does not count against our uptime commitment.

In the event of a service disruption, we will post updates at status.relayhq.org.

RelayHQ and its logos, trademarks, and product names are the property of RelayHQ. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks without prior written consent.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes during the term of your subscription.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from malicious code, or that any data loss will not occur.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, RelayHQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data loss, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising under or related to these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid to RelayHQ in the 3 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $100.

By you: You may cancel your subscription and delete your account at any time from the dashboard Settings page or by emailing hello@relayhq.org. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refund is issued for unused time on your current plan.

By us: We may suspend or terminate your access immediately if you violate the Acceptable Use policy, fail to pay outstanding invoices, or if continuing the Service poses a security or legal risk. We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice unless immediate termination is necessary.

Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days, subject to our data retention obligations under applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email at least 14 days before the new Terms take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service and cancel your subscription before the effective date.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration, except where prohibited by law.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property or confidential information.

• Entire agreement: These Terms (together with the Privacy Policy) constitute the entire agreement between you and RelayHQ.
• Severability: If any provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
• Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights to a successor in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
